We also have extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML. | | | | Can your company handle gui/database interaction? | | Absolutely! We have years of experience in coding database driven sites and applications that have the look and feel that the customer wants. | | | | How do you handle software testing and integration? | | We are a relatively small company, and prefer to get the customer involved as much as possible in the final testing of the software. While we do developer level testing, we do not know the business as well as you do. So we work with you to put together testing and sample data and make sure it all works smoothly before going into production.
We like to put together integration plans that will show how and what systems will be impacted with the new software comes on line. | | | | Is your software designed to be expandable? | | We do our best to design the software in a 'plan for the future' methodology. A lot of time an effort goes into the initial design so that expanding the software should be a lot easier. We also like to incorporate a modular functionality into the system so that adding new pieces has little or no impact on existing functionality. | | | | Do you maintain the web sites you create? | | Ever hear the answer, 'It depends?' Well, that applies here.
In general we create the site to be a shell around the content the users want to display. So, if maintenance is needed on, for example, the list of products that show up, then the customer controls this, saving them money from having to have us do maintenance. Occasionally there is something that the customer wants to add - such as new functionality - and that is stepping away from maintenance into expanding the functionality. | | | | Return to Top |
Hardware| What kind of hardware do you work with? | | Our primary focus is Windows Server based or Linux based systems. We can definitely work with other systems, especially if it is web design, but those are ones we are extremely proficient in. | | | | Return to Top |
